it depends how you work out. dont workout everyday though, your body needs rest.. if your just starting to workout start with 3 at the most and after a few weeks go up to 4 if you want to. it depends a lot on how you working out. but yes you will lose wieght with your plan, cant tell you how much by september, but remember it will take time, so just stick with it and you will be impressed with your results.
