Reminding you that I exercise and diet each day, very healthily, and I was wondering if I can enhance weight loss even more when I’m just doing nothing or if I’m sitting on the computer.

2You can do what Bruce Lee did while he watched TV: sit in a v with your head and legs off the ground. He also had a muscle zapper thing he used whilst typing. Or you could get a giant mouse that weighs a hundred pounds and a giant keyboard you press with your feet.
Kegels are good too.
