I guess just focus on filling and nutrient dense foods for the most part which includes certain types of fish, chicken, fruits, veggies, etc.  But you could also try Orovo Detox.  Basically, everybody has some kind of toxic buildup in their system, and if you get rid of those toxins, most estimate you could lose 5-30 pounds depending.  If you're healthy, it might be less. If you know you can’t live without your one treat a day, don’t fight it by trying to eat something else, just eat it and make sure that’s the only one you cheat on a day.  Otherwise you’ll get depressed and quit.  Another important point is getting the right amount of sleep every night.  You need 8-9 hours of sleep each night for your body to function correctly.  This is an important factor of losing weight.  Set up a routine for yourself and go to bed at about the same time each night.  
As for exercise, lots of cardio. Find something you like. If you have never exercised much before, start with walking 30 minutes a day at a brisk pace. Move on to different terrains that include hills and increase the time spent. After a week or two, try jogging the route. No matter what find an activity you enjoy. Walking to jogging is just an example, try hiking, rollerblading, biking. Once you get into a regular routine, if your not happy with the level of difficulty, try signing up with a gym. Spinning, pilates or kickboxing classes are great. It will also introduce you to working with weights. Talk to a trainer for instruction before using any weights. A cheap investment is a balance ball, it works you stomach while your just sitting on it, like at your computer and its great for posture. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy. 

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don't. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies. 

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day. 

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.

I went vegetarian just over a year ago and lost 8 pounds "accidentally." I've kept it off the whole time (5'6" and 130 lbs now). I think the reason it happened is because by cutting out meat, I was also cutting out the stuff that came with it - french fries, soda, etc.

More importantly, I have more energy, need less sleep and overall feel much better. The best part is my monthly cramps have disappeared (no extra hormones in my system from processed meat!)

The important things to remember are: 
Being vegetarian doesn't mean you can eat bread and cheese all day. You need to limit the high-carb items and eat stuff like natural peanut butter, hummus, black beans, vegetarian chili, etc. Amy's Organic is an awesome line of soups, burritos, frozen meals, etc. that are reasonably priced and found at almost every grocery store.

Consider keeping seafood in your diet. Salmon and tuna are great sources of protein and amino acids and are really easy to prepare. 

Quit drinking soda - even the diet stuff. It's full of chemicals and crap that makes you crave it more, and many brands of the diet stuff have tons of sodium, which makes you hungry. If you need caffeine (like I do) have coffee or tea.

You should give it a try, like I did. Just tell yourself "for one week" cut out all meat, and see how it goes. You may be surprised by how easy the transition is. Good luck!

I skateboard very intense so i moved a lot, twisting and turning. So being vegetarian will only help you 45% of the time, you have to go active but you don't have to exercise that hard. Maybe 30 minutes each day can help.</description>

		<description>Try K20, which is Kellog's water, it's either available premade in bottles or in little packets you can put in your purse.  The water has a little bit of protein in it to take the edge off your hunger so you don't fee so much like snacking between meals, or so much like eating a lot if you drink it before a meal.  

I love it, I think it's the best thing since diurex.  

Other things I've found that help are to compare the various meal replacement shakes (Boost, Ensure, SlimFast, Spirutein, Fiber35Diet, even Myoplex and Whey Protein), and mix them with Soy Milk, sometimes Chocolate Soy Milk, sometimes even Hazelnut milk  (if the mix is chocolate flavor, it's great with Hazelnut milk).  I use these to replace a meal, sometimes several meals a week.  

Of course I take a multivitamin and multimineral too to keep from running a deficit on anything.  

Since you're 5', it's not hard for you to stay at a low enough weight for the dancer clothes.  I'm 5'11" so since most dancer clothes max out at weight of 140 lbs, you can imagine how hard it is for me.  

Another hint is to always cary small bits of candy with you (Swedish fish, gummy bears, or hard candy), and eat small amounts of it during hard workouts.  The small amount of sugar keeps your heart and brain from feeling starved and making you feel exhausted - which leads to huge carb cravings after working out.  Not to mention it helps your stamina during workouts.  It's way more important than water.  

But you don't have to take my word for it.  Read up on marathon/sprint runners, etc in "The Lore of Running" by Tim Noakes MD.  (Do I sound like Reading Rainbow? I love that show!)

What some athletes do is drink a small amount of YS Bee Farms "Alive Bee Power" mixed into their water.  It provides a little bit of sugar, and immune system support foods.  You can buy small amounts of it and try it out.  You only need something like this if you're working out hard enough to make you tired, irritable, and prone to getting every cold that comes down the block.

Drinking gallons of water is myth.  Just drink enough.  At least four 8 ounce glasses if you're not exercising.  At least 6 if you are. You can pick a planned liquid diet like Slim Fast, MediFast, or whatever, or you can just make one yourself with the tons of shakes out there and meal bars out there.  You get more control over it if you make it up yourself.

		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Try K20, which is Kellog&#8217;s water, it&#8217;s either available premade in bottles or in little packets you can put in your purse.  The water has a little bit of protein in it to take the edge off your hunger so you don&#8217;t fee so much like snacking between meals, or so much like eating a lot if you drink it before a meal.  </p>
<p>I love it, I think it&#8217;s the best thing since diurex.  </p>
<p>Other things I&#8217;ve found that help are to compare the various meal replacement shakes (Boost, Ensure, SlimFast, Spirutein, Fiber35Diet, even Myoplex and Whey Protein), and mix them with Soy Milk, sometimes Chocolate Soy Milk, sometimes even Hazelnut milk  (if the mix is chocolate flavor, it&#8217;s great with Hazelnut milk).  I use these to replace a meal, sometimes several meals a week.  </p>
<p>Of course I take a multivitamin and multimineral too to keep from running a deficit on anything.  </p>
<p>Since you&#8217;re 5&#8242;, it&#8217;s not hard for you to stay at a low enough weight for the dancer clothes.  I&#8217;m 5&#8242;11&#8243; so since most dancer clothes max out at weight of 140 lbs, you can imagine how hard it is for me.  </p>
<p>Another hint is to always cary small bits of candy with you (Swedish fish, gummy bears, or hard candy), and eat small amounts of it during hard workouts.  The small amount of sugar keeps your heart and brain from feeling starved and making you feel exhausted - which leads to huge carb cravings after working out.  Not to mention it helps your stamina during workouts.  It&#8217;s way more important than water.  </p>
<p>But you don&#8217;t have to take my word for it.  Read up on marathon/sprint runners, etc in &#8220;The Lore of Running&#8221; by Tim Noakes MD.  (Do I sound like Reading Rainbow? I love that show!)</p>

Diet and exercise are the key. Contact a doctor and make sure you have no medical problems that may be causing some of the weight like a Thyroid problem.

You have to get out of that chair and away from the front of that computer to get the exercise. See if you can find someone to work out with you so you are not so on your own with it. Stay way from Carbohydrates like bread and breaded foods French fries and heavy starchy foods. Your blood pressure will come down some when your weight comes down but you should probable be on some meds to control your blood pressure while you lose the weight.

Walking is damn good exercise and its free. Vegetables are your friend but once again not the starchy ones and not macaroni and cheese which I for one think is one of the best inventions in the culinary world. Drink a lot of water while you diet. it will help keep you hydrated and a little fuller. Carrot sticks and celery sticks and some fat free ranch dressing are tasty treats and make a good healthy snack for in between meals and an apple a day goes a long way. Don't forget to eat breakfast. Cantaloupe and low fat yogurt are great and strawberries and yogurt are wonderful too. A hand full of blueberries and a small bowl of raisin bran with skim milk or yogurt and raisins or strawberries is another good choice but cereal has carbs and if you want to lose weight you can't pig out on the cereal.

Remember, you have to decide to lose the weight and no one can do it for you. They can do it with you but not for you.
