2You can eat one less meal a day. Try to eat a big breakfast that can carry you through the day…then in the evening you can eat a light soup that fills you up. If you have trouble breathing when running its probably because your breathing the wrong way…breath through your nose and out of your mouth. If that does not work just slow down your pace. GOOD LUCK!

3Just keep doing what your doing if what your eating is low in calories…..unless you’ve been stagnate for over a month now, the scale or your body won’t show the results right away, besides your weight flucuates daily depending on what your eating or did eat…..food and water weighs too!

4Anything, but sitting on the couch is good exercise. During your free time, try walking or playing a sport with some friends.
