stop eating junk food and fast food and stop drinking pop or other drinks with a lot of sugar. Drink lots of water and increase the amount of fruits and veggies you eat. Avoid fatty or sweet foods. Increase the amount of exercise you get. Get off the couch and away from the tv and computer, etc. Start walking, biking, swimming, etc. moving. Good Luck!
There is a way you can shed pounds very quick! But since you are at school and you are young I would recommend you take it easy. I was struggling with the same issue for the longest time. I just couldn’t get to the weight where I would be happy. Then a friend recommend something that truly worked, unlike the other stuff I’ve tried. You should definitely check it out, there’s some great free info on this site and the eBook itself is pretty good…

Don’t be lazy and exercise. You’ll lose weight fast.
No need to eat right just exercise and you’ll be fine.
