I am way over weight for my age and feel awful. I don’t have money to spend on fancy diets. what can i do?

You don’t lose weight by s[ending money, you lose it thorugh hardwork, dieting and sometimes suffering.

2drink lots of plain water, and cut out the soda. Try running or jogging for a good free workout. or if you have stairs at home, go up and down the stairs making more trips than necesary. try taking them two at a time too.

3Join a gym and exercise a lot. The habit is the most important thing to get at first and unlike a diet you must do it forever. At first you must gain stamina to be able to get strong enough to lose weight.
So go to a gym and stay at least an hour. If you want to sit in a chair next to the machines go ahead but get the habit…and keep the habit of going at least 3 times a week.
Eventually you will need to start walking on the treadmills (walking/running is the best way to lose weight). Walk slow at first…you should be able to do 2 miles an hour at first.
You won’t start noticing weight loss unti you have gotten to 12-16 miles a week and have reduced what you eat but don’t worry about getting to that point so fast…first get the habit and learn to keep it.
The gym also helps reduce depression by you releasing energy and makes you physically stronger within a couple of weeks before you start losing weight.

6Drink more water and cut your food consumption in half. If you really want to lose weight you can do it. Do try and walk more too. Good luck.

7Hey there,
watching what you eat is very important. Have small regular proper meals, like up to 5 a day, so that you won’t be tempted to snack and binge on junk food.more importantly, make sure you cut down on fried and fatty food, stick to low-fat and healthier stuff, like greens and white lean meat. Try to avoid fried stuff.
i tried to cut down to 1 meal a day, but in the end my plan backfired as i simply couldn’t stop snacking on junk in between and when it was time for my proper meal, i always ended up overeating.so yups, stick to the above diet plan and start working out! Start with small exercises so that you won’t be turned off…slowly and consistently, you should then gradually move on to longer and tougher exercises like jogging further, more frequently etc.
The above method worked for me, and it didnt cost me big bucks, just need to be determined and don’t be afraid to start again if you fail..for eventually you’ll succeed! all the best, do write to me when you succeed in shedding pounds!
