You lose water weight by cutting out things that make you hold onto weight, like too much salt, sugar, alcohol, etc.  I doubt you actually have a lot of water weight though.  Retaining water weight is just a fancy term overweight people like to use to make an excuse for why they&#039;re not losing weight.  Stop eating so much, drink a lot of water, and you should lose weight fast.</description>
