I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i’m getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i’ll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I’m not overweight, im 5′3 and i weigh 62 kilo’s. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

2sounds like you need to exercise. That is the only thing that is constant as far as all diets and fads go. Exercise will tone your body. Exercise.

3One year isn’t fast. Go to and lose the weight naturally and in a healthy way. You’ll be very glad. I’ve been eating healthy for two years now. I lost the extra weight, my cholestorol is below 120 and my hair is growing back. Need I say more?

4Walk walk walk and walk and drink lots of water. i just got a tredmill the first week i walked for an hour straight and drank nothing but water no milk no juice and i lost 8 pounds in a week wich is good for me.

5dahling, i think u shud try da yoga n sum walkin n may be sum joggin n not forget sum hard dancing(its really helpful).. it has helped me.. now i’m 5′5″ n i weigh 50kgs.

6When you eat, use a smaller plate, but fill it up. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and go for walks daily. Do not eat 3 hours before you go to bed for the night. Ware black clothing for the wedding cause black, makes you look thinner!

Then right before wedding do it again to temporarily look better than normal. After learning about it, I wondered if Britney Spears does this before making an appearance or music video.
