Ok im 13 and I get teased at school becuz im fat, can you guys help me to get in shape and shut the mouths of those mean BUTT-WIPES up? Before the 27 of August? Please you guys i really need your help!!

1The most important thing is to be healthy. Even if you were skinny people would find something else to tease you about. It’s just part of growing up.
The worst thing for you to do is starve yourself to loose weight. When you eventually eat you will gain it all back and more. You should eat healthy food in sensible portions. Also, you should do physical exercise everyday. Pick a sensible goal — maybe try to loose 2 to 4 pounds in 5 weeks.

2Ah don’t you just **** those people who feel the need to tell you that you’re fat?
Anyway, do a juice fast or detox diet. There is heaps of information on the internet.
A juice fast eliminates toxins from your body while burning fat, because your body is not budy digesting food and so can turn elsewhere to busy itself.
A juice fast of a week combined with gentle exercise will kickstart you for losing weight, although they can be undertaken anywhere from a few days to a month.
It’s completely safe for our age group and although the elimination of toxins will have minor side effects, they are manageable (you will probably get a headache or two and a little nausea but it’s prefectly normal and you’ll feel great when you’re done).
Good luck however you choose to lose it.
