well im a 14 year old girl , 120-122 pounds my height is 5,3 , my thighs , they r HUGE i relli wanna lose weight from there and i need to fast in 6 weeks before skool starts, btw i have a little belly and i wanna lose weight from there , also my arms ok thx

2Work out everyday. It doesn’t really matter how much you way once you start working out because you will weigh more because of muscle.

3Exercise and changing your diet is really the only thing that will work. There is no secret tip. Cut out all soda and most juice, drink lots of water and green tea. Don’t eat after 7pm. If you don’t like working out, just try to walk a lot – like an hour a day. Even that helps.

6just do some sort of cardio exercise every day. Run or walk. Try at least 30 minutes a day. Also stop eating sugar. You will see a big difference by the time school starts if you stick with it.

7Do some exercises daily like crunches, lunges, easy stuff
and three days a week do some cardio [you can get it from just being active with friends!]
stay away from [high fructosus] corn syrup, fake colors, sugary/carbie/caloric foods with little to no nutritional value.
If you want to keep it off you need to change your lifestyle, not just diet and exercise till you get where you wanna be
but you really don’t need to worry because you are a healthy weight. =]

8If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits.
@ Sit when you eat.
@ Always Avioid Junk food.
@ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don’t smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods.
@ Don’t get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.
@ Eat more soup. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal.
@ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping.
@ Start eating a big breakfast. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day.
@ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity. No reading, watching TV, or sitting at the computer.
@ Always be active

9Sorry – there’s no secret pill. It’s all about using more energy than you take in. So as unglamorous as it is, you need to eat well and exercise. A few secrets:
1. Eat 6-8 times everyday, but smaller portions. And I shouldn’t need to explain what kind of foods. No crap.
2. Cardio. There’s no need to spends hours on a treadmill. 20 minutes 3-4 times per week is all you need for amazing results. But you must trick your body. It’s called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is the biggest secret to losing weight. Look it up on the internet and follow the instrucitons. You will be amazed.
3. Don’t be discouraged when results aren’t showing up within a few weeks. It all happens after your body knows your serious.
4. Weigh yourself everyday and chart it (remember no to be discouraged in the first few weeks). Measure yourself weekly – Arms, chest, thighs, waist, hips. Seeing results makes you strive more.
5. Take some photos from before you start. Even if your disgusted with them, take them and look at them everyday. Putting them on the fridge may stop those sneaky snacks.
Follow these simple steps and I promise you that you will be amazed.
