Im not going to summer school so i just sit around the whole day. im terrified about the idea of getting fatter. i weigh like 120 pounds. can someone please help me!!! ive always wanted to get skinny bit i never find a quick accurate way.

1Don’t worry, first of all. Worrying can make you want to eat fattening comfort foods, plus, you’ll end up sitting around wondering what do to all day, which isn’t an improvement. Find something to do in the summer, get a job, even if it’s something simple like babysitting. Go biking or jogging every day for half an hour, too. I don’t think there’s really a quick way to lose weight, (you don’t seem like you need to, though :] ) but at least exercising makes you feel better about yourself, because you’ll know that you’ve done something to lose calories instead of wasting away the day.
