im 16 and weigh 310 lbs and i need to get to a healthy weight in order to join the marines as soon as i get out of high school im not that fit and dont play any sports, i have somewhat of a eating disorder, i all i want is this weight to be gone.

1Dude, simple. Go to the gym. I’m 15 and I go to the gym everyday and I way about 137. I’m completely healthy and skinny, and if u go to a gym u will be too. Also, cut back on needless food/drinks like hamburgers and soda.
