I am relatively thick. Decent size **** hips thighs very shapely. I want to make maintain my waistline and possibly make it smaller but when i lose weight I tend to lose it all over. How can I lose the weight on top and keep the weight below and possibly add more below with out my top half getting big as well?

4Spot weight loss is not possible, you will lose weight all over when you diet. The key to shaping up is to exercise, try sit ups to tighten your abs and consider buying and using a heavyweight hula hoop, it works wonders for inch loss around the belly!

6well i think doing sit-ups definitely helps. try to start a number as you’re able to do per day, then gradually increase it more and more till you feel it’s enough..i’m recently doing 2 hundred sit-ups each day besides monday, i dont know what your exact situation of working out so you gotta figure it out by yourself. and also jogging for a little time every day also helps alot.

7two weeks ago, my ancle just told me how to lose fat in stomach. its really easy and simple. what you need to do is drink 2 to 3 cups of water before you eat breakfast, lunch, dinner or any heavy food. When you do that, you eat less because you are already ful. it will be more water less food. i know its hard to get used it, but it helps you lose weight faster.

8normally fat loss is last on, first off and vice versa. kind of like filling a swimming pool full of water. the water that first entered the pool will be the last to drain
only you can answer that question.
my recommendation to you is 3fold:
proper diet to keep your muscle mass (your **** is a big muscle)
cardio to burn excess fat off
lifting weights (include squats lunges to maintain the booty)
if you HAVE lost your **** while dieting before, it could have been saved by doing the above as well
good luck

12You might try physioball ab crunches. These are a super slow set of crunches where you lay on your back on physioball with knees bent, put your hands behind head and elbows out to the sides. Then lift each vertebra off the floor one by one until you’re in the sit up position then do the same all the way back down to the begining posistion. Barely stop at the top and at the bottom. Keep in constant motion. Do these to fatigue making sure to breathe throughout the exercise. Follow up with 2 sets of alternating obliques where you take each elbow and go to the opposite sidewhile you ar curling up.. Being careful to again lift each vertebra off the ball one by one. And, concentrate on making a smooth arc in the air with your elbow then alternate sides. No matter how far you get you will have worked both sides evenly.

14I totally understand what you’re tryin to do. I have thick hips and theighs too and a smaller waist..but my waist was starting to get a lil thick and I didn’t want to get love handles either, anyway i tried a colon cleanser and it was crazy cus it made my stomach and waist smaller. i heard colonics do the same thing. anyway you can check it out:

15I had a flabby belly and overweight waistline, and it wasn’t until I changed my diet and did Pilates, and strength training exercises was when I got results.
I found a good site with great diet and workout tips to tone your abs and waistline. It helped me by showing me the mistakes I’ve been making.
Good luck!

16Everyone loses weight all over. You cannot target one area. To lose weight you need to eat a sensible diet and do lots of aerobic exercise. Then the best thing I can recommend is to start a weight training program and develop muscle all over, which will improve appearance overall.

17What has worked for me is to do cardio exercises while incorporating strength moves for your lower half, eg. squats and leg lifts. This will help you to lose weight but still maintain shape.
