I am 5 'and wants to lose about 10 pounds. I address 3 times a week, swimming with some friends from the team and the Air swim also take 2 ballet classes and a class tap. I don 't know if that was enough for the side exericising it or not. I need to know what kinds of foods to be cut and formed the party. I heard that people in aid of the weight lost as well. In that case, I should drink more than 8 glasses a day?
