My husband is going away for 2 weeks and i want to lose some weight while hes gone so i can lool extra **** for him when he gets back? any ideas that work? im willing to do anything!!!!help

1really there no true way to lose weight fast its all abouut being consecutive with every day and progess will come with in time a workout plan will help though

3It depends on what kind of weight you want to lose.
Muscle mass?
Water weight?
Fat?
If you want to lose fat, two weeks ain’t gonna cut it.
I’d look at if I were you.

4The only approach that will make you slim keep you slim is a total lifestyle change…workout 6 days a week doing cardio and toning workouts…calorie shift your food intake,diets never work…
