1Are you eating right? Lots of fruits and veggies? Also try doing 20 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical.

Though you many not notice the difference in the way you
look, eventually it will show.

4Maybe you should go to a gym get a personal coach, they will help you. Also maybe go see a dietitian get a good diet drawn up.

5Your tuning fat into muscle and muscle is heavier than fat. aerobics would be a better choice. and maybe a healthy supplement.
