For people who have never lost anywhere from 10-100 Martella … As you did it? What it wanted? How much did you lose? I 'm so tired of being a fat I 'm 5 '3' '160lb and 18 and I' m the on deposits and I know that doesn 't help (I' m that switches to birth control without hormones, the next time) I don 't eat junk (integrated circuits, a fast-food preparation, ect.) I eat mostly veggies and fruit and lots of water Anyone?

1i know what ure going trhough..trust me i do..it sucks, but ure not fat! just see ure beauty..everyoe is in their own way..i **** that this world is so superficial with anorexic models and stuff, but ***** them..anyway, i lost the weight then put it all back on and more..so im starting over again..u just have to believe..i counted calories..thats the most important..i mean, dont only eat chocolate for ure calories, but u can have chocolate when u want..but include it in ure daily caloire intake..try exercising when u can, diet is much more improtant..email me at for support..u could help me too..:)

2You need to do lots of cardio! Cardio helps the best to loose the fats cells/tissues. However, it is best to do some weight/strength training/yoga! You should try different aerobic exercises that fit you best! There are so many different cardio related exercises: swimming,jogging, kick boxing, step class, dance…the list goes on. You can also go to your local gym. Usually, when you go and ask questions, letting the gym know that you are interested in loosing weight, you can get a free consultation with a personal trainer. In doing so, they will help you find an exercise program that is best for you!
Keep up the healthy eating! And, it is a good thing to talk to your doctor about what birth control is best for you!
Just remember cardio is the best form of exercise to shed the pounds, but also to help your health. Cardio is also great as it will also make your heart stronger!
