i wana lose my belly fat cause its big and makes a funny shape and i cant where hte clothers i wana where cause of my belly so how do i lose my bally fat and lose weight?at home?

1You can’t make your body lose weight in specific areas, you just have to lose weight in general. The best way is to cut out sugar and junk food. Make sure you don’t eat empty carbs (white flour), and do a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. Since you want to do it at home, I would go running, or jump rope. Do situps and push ups and lunges as well.

2jgging up and down the stairs is good.. or if u stay at the endof your stairs and hop uo and down from the floor to the first step.. also sit ups are great for tonning!.. you should probably make out a healthy diet plan aswell!

4do some stomache toning. situps, crunches, prone stands, and different versions of those. start by doing 10 of situps and crunches, and 4 sets of those. and a minute for prone stand. and add more time for each of those if you feel the need to
