I’m 13 years old and wanna lose weight. im 140 pounds im kinda worried because i held 128 pounds from january to like the middle of june then i skyrocketed up to 140 and i cant get back down. oh and most of the fat is in my stomach. plz. help
is there any particular food thats filling tasty and low cal,fat cholesteral yada yada yada
