eat 3 times a day, small healthy portions.
work out every other day. jog, ride a bike, sit ups, jumping rope, swimming, dancing.
drink lots of water.
no junk food.
work out everyday, like one day go running and the next do crunches and pushups and change it up to have fun.
also eat smaller porshins and eat healthier with less snacks
try cutting out all soda and junk food, and eating veggies. carrots, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers are great as a snack or on a loaf of pita bread for a meal. for exercise, you can walk a couple of miles a day, go biking, or jog if you feel you can. also, invest in a pair of 5 lb dumbbells and do some bicep and tricep curls, and do crunches. you want to build some muscle but burn fat. you may gain weight at first, but you will look and feel better.
eat small portions evry 2 hours(trust me it works eat more to lose yea weird but) and exercise and did he say because you were over weight maybe hes just nervous thats how i am with this girl and now we dont talk much i now i want to tell her i like her.
HOWEVER: THE GUY YOU LIKE? IF HE WON’T GO OUT WITH YOU JUST BECAUSE YOU’RE OVERWEIGHT, THEN HE’S A SHALLOW *******. I DON’T CARE IF HE’S HOT, PEOPLE LIKE THAT ARE SO ARROGANT AND UNCOOL. YOU DON’T WANNA BE WITH THE LIKES OF THAT JERKWAD, TRUST ME!!!
*Deep Breath* Okay I’m sorry. It just makes me so incredibly angry to hear about men like that. Find a boy who loves you for who you are, not how you look. And you could do the same thing yourself, pick a guy based on personality, not how ‘hot’ he looks. He really does sound like a total jerk.
