		<description>Go jogging in the mornings, or go to the gym and stay for atleast an hour. You are gonna have to make yourself stay,at the gym or keep running.

Try to cut back on soda&#039;s,try to just drink water, you&#039;ll be suprised how much that does.

When you go grocery shopping,only buy one junk food item them make the rest of your things fruits and veggietables, and foods that you have to cook. 
Try to get a recipie book for healthy foods and only cook those. Most of the time the healthy stuff tastes better than the fatty stuff.

Oh and just because it&#039;s fruit doesn&#039;t mean you can eat it all day, they have alot of sugar also. Try to eat your biggest meal for breakfast so you can burn those calories as you go about your daily routine. 

Try to keep a calorie book so you can see how much you eat every day. And if you are hungry eat something,cause if you starve yourself your body slows your metobalisim which will make you gain weight.
Last thing, don&#039;t get discouaged if you don&#039;t loose any weight in the first few weeks,just keep at it and you will see the results soon!
