I’ve been jogging in the park for a long time now probably 5-6 weeks 4 times a week. I jog for like 3-4 miles without stopping in a pretty good pace and sweat like crazy but i still don’t see any lose of weight and I rarely eat fat and junk food.

2That’s because you go jogging in the park 4 times a week for 5-6 weeks and jog 3-4 miles.
Your body has gotten used to it.
Today if you haven’t run (if you have, then tomorrow), do sprint intervals. Instead of jogging for 3-4 miles, jog 2 minutes, then sprint as fast as you can for 200-400 yards, then jog again for 2 minutes. Keep up this sprint/jog/sprint/jog pace for the whole 3-4 miles.
Doing things like timed runs, sprint intervals (above), uphill sprints, and endurance runs (pick a hard-but-maintainable pace and run 5-7 miles instead of jogging 3-4) should be worked into your WEEKLY routine. That means you should never be doing the same route or same exercise two days in a row. This forces your body to adapt, which costs it calories to do, and thus you’ll lose fat.

3first few pounds u lose are just water…it takes time that fat releases from cells so u should just keep up with that…if it doesnt work…run faster..and longer…maybe some diet also?

5Hi i’m ryan,
I have heard from many people in my college say green tea is a good supplement to add to your diet .It’s quite easy to fit into your diet and that’s why many tried it in the first place.
As for how much weight you could lose, I guess it varies from person to person,some people lose a lot of weight taking green tea but I know some who didn’t lose weight at all.It all depends upon your body’s metabolism.But its better than pills because its totally natural and pills have some side-effects.
