Im in secondary school. I do not want the muscle that should be just fine. How do that? And preferably fast! I need the points of diet or exercise overturns the Web that what u got him to 4. I want 2 are meager as those girls on stage.

2maybe every moring do squats press ups and situps. also could run everyday or join a gym thts wat i do

3Eat healthy and make sure you get plenty of protein or you won’t lose weight. Do stretches to keep your muscles toned but not build them up. Walk as much as you can (mall walking counts!)

4Eating small portions of the HEALTHY foods, four times a day, you are still growing, please do not harm your body as it reaches up to adult height. Skinny is NOT everything, and it sure doesn’t make you a lovely person. Be safe sweetie, okay?
