There’s a book called the Diet for Teens. It’s great. It’ll show you everything you need to know.
Good luck, and remember that you’re beautiful the way you are, and people will still love you skinny or thicker.
Even though me and you both know it’s not healthy, I’d say 700, 800 at most. Plus exercise, since you want to lose five pounds by Wednesday. Good luck!
PS- take one day of the week as your cheat day. Even on a cheat day, though, I wouldn’t go about 1300.
at least 1200 calories. If you go below that.. it ruins your metabolism.. and you will gain back all your weight fast. I would even probably eat more like 1400 calories– just try to take a hike/walk/run or a bike ride for 40 mins a day

3Hey if you are 14 then dont worry about your weight! If you do, then you can get sick because you are at that age!
