1Weight is a CALORIES-IN-CALORIES-BURNED equation, it really doesn’t have much to do with the actual content of your food! The reason you should worry about nutritious foods is for your overall health, the proper functioning of your systems should be your priority.
As far as fat goes, you want to avoid saturated fat and trans fats.

2well the guidline daily fat alowance for women is 70g but it depends how tall you are really – if your quite short maybe lower it to 50/60g?
and if your trying to loose weight about 30/40g try varying it and see what works for you
