i am NOT going to attempt this, i’m jw. i know this could have you die or end up in a hospital or you could pass out. i’m saying if you ignore all that and somehow go 20 days with only water, how much weight would you lose? i swear this is not for me.

2It would vary person to person. A 400 lb person would lose a lot more weight on a hypothetical 20 day fast than a 90 lb person would.

3My good friend water fasted for 30 days once, when he was around age 40. He believed at the time that it was beneficial for your health, but did not do it to lose weight. He said after the first week, he wasn’t hungry anymore. I think you eventually stop losing weight because your metabolism gets to be so low. You could pass out…but probably not die unless you were already in poor health. It isn’t the worst idea in the world…

4A hell of a lot!!! I really wouldn’t try it. i mean you could easily pass out and eating the right foods and exercising the weight will come off fine and in a safe way

5I did a 10 day fast 3 months ago. All i drank was water and i ate nothing within those 10 days. I lost a total of 9 1/2 pounds.
