How much weight should I lose to be a model of the track if they are 5 '9 128 pounds. I run 3 miles of 5x a week and eat up 1400 calories a day. Perder? enough weight by doing this? How much will it take? ? was difficult to lose weight because? I havent quite what they eat? my metabalism has slown gi?.

1if you have been doing this for a while your matabolism will have adjusted so you wont loose weight, but you wont gain any either
try varying your cal intake everyday
1200mon
1400tues
1100wed
1200 thurs
or somthing like that
but keep running, try going five miles maybe
