how to lose weight
I’m 5′1 135lb. and i am very athletic, now that i graduated high school, i wont be playing sports, but i do go for walks and runs everyday. I am going to start eating healthy about 1200 calories a day, but this is something i want to keep doing. I want to lose this weight in a healthy way to, my goal is to lose 25lb. and maintain the weight of 110lb.
