My BFF Jill hasnt eatin in 2 weeks. How much weight would she lose per week? Im trying to look out for her to see how much shes losing.
To the person that said i was making up questions or talking about myself, IM NOT! Who says theres not a girl who has a best friend named Jillian? I call her Jill! GOD!

1First off, she would be near starving if this is true and I would get her help. But hypothetically, I would say 2 lbs a week. However this is extremely unhealthy because she is not just burning fat but also muscle mass.

2I’m sorry but ur not being a good friend if ur just letting her starve herself…u need to tell someone and get her help…going anorexic isn’t the answer.

3It’s unfortunate, but she’s probably losing more muscle mass than she is losing fat! That and various nutrients, stamina, possibly her hair, and mental capacity. Worst of all, when (hopefully she will) start eating again, she’ll put most of that weight back on within about half the time it took her to lose it.
Seriously, if you want to lose weight, forget all the fad diets and stuff you hear of and just exercise more while cutting out as much refined sugar and overly fatty foods!

4My BFF jill…are you joking either youre talking about yourself or your making questions up….but anyways starvation is not the way to lose weight…ull slow your metabolism and actually gain….

5She would lose weight more quickly if she actually ate something. She is actually causing her body to hang onto weight and fat by not eating, thusly she won’t lose weight that quickly. She will only prove to give herself health problems. Call her parents and tell them. Also, let her know that if she wants to lose weight quickly, she needs to eat right and exercise. But by not eating, she’s actually going to end up screwing up her metabolism so that when she DOES eat, it won’t burn off as quickly. To lose weight, you should eat small, healthy meals – 5 times a day to keep your metabolism burning. That way it is constantly burning off weight, even when you’re not eating.
