I am literally obese. But I don’t look obese,just a little overweight.
I am 6′1 asian male,but weight 240 points. I just have some fat on stomach,thigh,and leg area. I want to lose weight. I know exercise the natural way, but does those diet meal works? How about those pills that will make me naturally lose weight?

1Ok first off get on a good diet plan.Make sure that you do not skip breakfast breakfast because if you do you will get hungrier during the day.Also try eating smaller portions and do not eat anything after 6 pm because before 6 pm you can burn off the calories you cant after 6.You must also get on some form of exericse plan start off easy and work your way up.Try to do 15 minutes of joggin each day for a week than 20 then 25 and so on.I hope this helped
