Question from floridagirl
i’ve been swimming for the past 2.5 weeks for an hour a day. i’ve also been watching what i am eating, however i am not seeing any results…. should i just try another form of exercise or just give it time before i start seeing any changes in my body?

1change up ur workout ie mon cardio tue swim weds arobic thurs cardio fri yoga ect

2Deff. Give it time swimming is a good way to excersize and it will pry take a few months to see results. You can adda few drunches and push up or if thats not your thing you could walk or run a mile a day. Doing those extra things along with what you already do will help get results faster!
