school start’s late august. and i wanna look great(:
all i have to pretty much lose in my gut and thigh weight.
arm i could lose fast. but i want slim tight leg’s and a toned tummy. i want to surprize all the people who teased me. i need tip’s on food , exerisize’s. i **** doing crunches, keep that in mind (:
how runing help my belly?
will it even hep my thigh’s or will it jsut make my caff’s huge?

1I have lost about 8 pounds in about 18 days. I just eat 1200 calories a day. I try to stay away from cheese,butter,milk,ice cream and other dairy.Instead of pasta I usually have rice because it is less calories. I eat about a cup of rice at a time and it really fills me up.Fish,turkey, and chicken are good with it. If you count your calories you can eat just about any kind of food though just try to stay at 1200 per day. I have lost some of the fat around my waist and back and thighs. I am already a healthy weight but I just wanted to be leaner in those areas. I also bicycle sometimes.

2For a workout you should run 1 mile a day everyother week day and swim everyday you don’t run. This might make you sore but it will work. Im not guaranteeing that you will get a perfect body but you could trim of a lot. And thoughout the day just get down on the floor and do 25 crunches it can burn the fat off you gut. But to lose a lot of weight you should eat healthy, but do not starve yourself.

3First of all, I would like to clear up the myth that doing crunches clears up belly fat. This is a LIE. While working ab muscles will burn fat, it won’t necessarily burn fat off of your stomach. If you want to lose fat ANYWHERE off of you body, you need to burn more calories than you intake, aka exercise. Food wise, just stay away from fast food, eat green, and FRUIT. Drink water and nothing else. Stay away from manmade chemical preservatives.
