how to lose weight
i have an avergage body. c sized ***** an flabby but not fat stomach , small arms and all the sorts and my thighs arent to bad but they are flabby and big.

okay i am only 16 and my calves look like a turkey leg on steroids they are 15inches around and i cant wear leggings because it look like im trying to fit a book in a sock. im trying out for softball next year to see if that works but durin the summer i want to lookse some weight off my calves but also my thighs.

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO???

ive also tried excersing on alot of occasion but i just cant stick to a plan and i dont have a gym membership so that wont help either. And im an immigrant so sometimes the types of foods and the 1.200 calorie diet doesnt work the types.

JUST LOOKING FOR A WAY OUT.
