ok so school is right around the corner and i would like to look thin and slender before it starts. i dont think i am over weight or anything but i would like to be thinner. i have a stomach (if you know what i mean) and i really want that to be really thin as well. should i not eat anything for a while and ill then pounds just fall off or what?? please give me some advice….quick.
oh btw i am a15 year old girl around 115 pounds and i am between 5′2 and 5′3 so what should i do??

2Not eating anything is stupid, as soon as you start eating normally again it will just come back on.
If you want to get rid of your ’stomach’ then fitness is better for that than changing your diet.

3i suggest swimming/running.
not eating is stupid, because as soon as you start eating again, the weight is going to pile on like crazy.
eat healthly, try to avoid too many oily, or sugar congested things.
you should lose weight

4A Glass of lukewarm water with 1 tbs of Honey and Lemon Juice will do the trick.
