For Breakfast;;
400 calories MAX-
- 2 eggs, toast, water or orange juice
                      or
- one oatmeal packet
                     or
- Cearl, 1 cup of milk , water, 


For Lunch;; 
500 calories MAX-
- one sandwich (wheat bread) fruit and a healthy drink


For snack;;
300 calories MAX-
-Fruit
or
-Gronla bar
or 
- bread with  ONE topping



For Dinner;;
600 calories MAX-
-1 seriving size
and
-1 cup of rice
and
- a hockey puck size of meatter

 Exersize;;
-run or bike 1/2 mile
- 30 pushups
-50 situps
-after drink to glasses of water

		<description>It depends on how tall you are. I just turned 15 and I am a little over 100 pounds and I am 5,6. Like you I run everyday. 

I have not had any problems with my wieght but try to run farther eat better and dont eat more when you do more exersize because then you just gain weight. For instance running 5miles at 7-min a mile burns 600-700 calories and that is the same as  two plain cheeseburgers. (that to me isnt alot)     But I hope I helped.</description>
