		<description>Limit yourself on the fatty foods, i mean 4,500 calories! if you don&#039;t wacth out all that fat foods can clog your arteries  which can be very dangerous. So modarate what you eat and try to have some fruits and some veggies or salads at least once a day, and if your having salads cut down on the ranch its too much sugar and salad can still taste good without dressing.
