I 'VE heard the food that the low-sodium are healthy. Approval, first, low sodium, are basically the food has a low percentage of salt right? (abt know who are unaware of this soo: -)) And help lose weight or? Once healthy choice? If so, what? The scientific reason behind it?

1I think you pass more urine. A gallon of *** weighs eight pounds, so you have this community of people who think that the weight loss from a fluid voiding is real weight loss. To me it is akin to making your auto more compact by letting the air out of the tires. Sodium intake should be reduced if you have hypertension or HBP. I guess the case for a weight loss is attractive for someone who want to see a change on the scale without dieting or working out. It is just a of limited long term value, in my view.
