ok well you can start by giving her healthy foods like veggies and fruits. then you can help her excercise. maybe you can get her a jumprope or a yoga ball or something else.
Crunshes are great for an apple-shaped body. Also let her do Side Weights. Thats when you hold weights in each hand and lean to each side at a time. Remember, not too heavy of weights, probably just like 5 pounds in each hand at most. Also let her do this workout ( ) 2 times a day. You should do it with her, for motivation. Its only 4 minutes long as well. Hope i helped.
I dont know what 11 stone is for a 13 yr old. My 11 yr old weighs 100 pounds, almost the same as me, but she is FAR from big!!! Her bone structure is different than mine, and even though she is small , narrowed shouldered she has a tummy on her. Thats it. the rest of her is great. another daughter has always had a weight problem and used this in a clinic trial where she works for a DR. IT WORKS!!!!!

buy her a trampoline. say she can have it if she goes on it everyday. then that way she has fun and loses weight too.
and if she doesnt use it. bring all her friends round to use it and she will get jealous and use it more!! paha!!!
YOU need to be a better parent: don’t serve any soda or ‘pop’ (save that for a weekend blast).
Pasta is okay; use only a dollop of any sauce on top (no cheeses). Serve smaller food portions; NO seconds. Cut everything into smaller bites with fork and knife. Lay down utensils chew food 10X, then swallow.
NO TV or reading when eating; phones afterward! Spend 20 minutes time to clean the plate. Try eating more Chinese food (ever see many fat Chinese?). You like food? Fine; pay attention to it.
NO dessert until the plate is clean; then a small one. Good luck!
