Hey im 14 and im going to go on vacation i have about wto weeks. I need to lose weight very quickly…any tips. Oh and i do not want a eating disorder…thx!!!

1exercise alot, and drink about 5 glasses of water EVERY DAY.( water flushes out fat in the system, with diet and exercise) eat NO snacks, and eat JUST lunch and dinner. Drink about 3 glasses of milk EVERY DAY, because doing this is also a great way to help your system lose the weight.
1 tip: The fat that you lose, comes out of your hind end in the form or brown, slimy stinky stuff, we call, crap. And when you pee, check the color, if it is almost clear, (I mean seriously, almost clear, then you are healthy and doing great!) And btw, Do NOT starve yourself, because if you DO, you’ll be sorry, I know people who have, and they have alot of vitamin and mineral problems with their bodies, and they are just plain, un healthy!

5first off losing wieght too fast is bad for you expecialy at your young age but your best way is running and crunch’s to tone up the abdomen leg lifts to tone the legs example of lay flat on back and place hands at side and hold feet six inch’s from ground and lift one leg at a time into the air like a scissor then to tone arms hold arms straight out and do small circles with your arms that is your home exersices i cant give you diet tips for food but all i can say cut out beef lots of chicken with no spices and lots of green veg hope it all works out for ya

6I suggest running around the block without getting mud, you sure can’t eat doing that. Or layoff eating for a while, that should do the trick, if nothing else go live in a cave with no food, that should do the trick. But I suggest stay away from hamburger and stakes, and ice-cream, ignore all restaurants. That doesn’t do it, stick your head out the window and watch for bugs.
