Hy folks!!! I `ve been always having a problem with my weight, and I decided to get rid off it!!!! I am 17 years old and if I don`t lose weight I˙ll have this problem all my life!!!!Please help……

2-jog
-swim
-weight lift
-try drinking 10 glasses of ice water a day, it burns 300 calories.
-eat your food in smaller portions.
-try doing 100 situps a night , 25 pushups
you could also go walking.

4Unfortunately the amount of calories lost by vigorous exercise is not very high and the effort may well give you a stronger appetite! Some people are naturally fat or at least well built and it is genealogical so don’t expect miracles if your parents are well endowed in inches round the belly.
The best way to loose weight is to eat less and in particular the kinds of foods that have lots of energy in them or the so-called carbo-hydrates. In particular this includes bread, sugar, starchy vegetables like potatoes, and many cooking oils (except olive oil). You should expect to feel hungry, but not to exaggerate. Its a good idea to drink lots of water to help the body clean itself, but avoid fruit drinks or syrupy flavoured ones unless its diet cola (and even these are a bit suspect).
It is important not to starve yourself in the belief of loosing weight fast is the bast way. It is not, a gradual weight reduction and then control to stay slim is best.

5okay if you want to loose weight fistly and foremost you must be patient dont tell yourself that it is a diet you are going on just consider it a new eating habit if you do that you are more likeley to pull it of and to last doing it.
for the first week start off by just not consuming fries, potatoes, rice and bread and fizzy drinks etc…
-eat vegetables and meats and some fruits with 100% pure juice.
in your second week you cn take it a step further by eating less amounts of that food.
-in order to do that you should drink your liquids before you dig into your meal then just before you begin eating your meal go to the stop watch on your cellphone and start it and start eating very slowly and chatting away with whoever you are eating with.in just under 20 minutes you will feel full. and also you wont have finished all of you food.
-eat supper @ five oclock and dont have any food after 7 pm if you have cravings which you will do just make some tea or have a fruit which is way better than having a muffin or chips.
-also try consuming about 2-3 litres of water per day so just havin two 1.5 litres of water a day will do you great justice.
-keep active dance and run take the stairs just exercising to burn off the calories you consumed.
-after two weeks you will see a difference weight wise i promise you your tummy will be flatter and by three weeks your jeans will feel way looser than they did good luck hey!

81) Drink a glass of water before every meal. It fills you up so you don’t over eat. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning – Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body.
2) Eat slowly – It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you’re full, so if you eat fast, you’ll overeat.
3) Never crash diet. Don’t go under 1200 calories a day. It’ll slow your metabolism down, and you won’t be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day. And once you do start eating normally again, you’ll regain all the weight you lost immediately. Instead, take it slow and steady.
4) Don’t be a lazy bum. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table – Just try to keep yourself moving.
5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don’t feel the urge to keep picking at your food.
6) And don’t beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body – If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation. But don’t deprive yourself, or you won’t get ANYWHERE.
7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating. You can save calories by not eating every last bite.
Substitute diet foods for regular foods – Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc.
