3I lost 86 lbs about 4 years ago. I was 45 years old at the time and I was fed up with the way I looked. I was 246lbs and 5′8 tall. I started with my eating first since that was my biggest problem. I bought a book called the sugar addicts total recovery program that I still follow to this day. After losing some weight on my own I started going to the gym and got a personal trainer who helped me lose the rest. I am going to be 50 years old this year and I am very fit and feel great. I am also taking courses to become a nutritionist and my personal trainer and I are going to open up a studio together sometime next year. Good luck with your weight loss. Remember to take it slow and you will develop good habits that will last the rest of your life………..

5Last year around April I started dieting and exercising trying to lose weight for our big Las Vegas trip in August. I kept myself on a strict diet and exercise and by the time August came I was 15lbs lighter (I started at 148) and I wasn’t shy to wear my two piece to the pool. Since then I have maintained my weight. I didn’t really do much exercising after the whole trip was over, but I did watch what I ate.
This year we are having another big trip to Vegas (5 nights in August) and I started my whole diet and exercise again on 1/25. Since then I have lost 3lbs, I’m down to 130lbs (I’m 5′6 btw). I’ve been eating healthy and working out 6x a week (cardio and weight training). My goal 120lbs by August, which should be nothing. You can already start to see some kind of definition on my triceps and biceps, and my calves are looking muscular! What I’m trying to do is lose some more weight then tone up. So I don’t care if I’m back to 130 or 133lbs so long as I know it’s lean muscle.
My motivation isn’t just to look great at the pool in Vegas, there’s competition out there and I feel like I have to look hot too, if not hotter=D

6I was an overweight child, obese teen, and a morbidly obese adult. I weighed over 330 pounds. I have since lost and kept off 140 pounds.

7I lost 43 lbs. on Weight Watchers about three years ago. My success was mostly attributed to Weight Watchers being a very easy to follow plan, one that you can live with forever.
Also, it helped me to always remember that time will pass regardless if I don’t try, so I might as well try and make use of the time I’ve been given. The days and weeks pass so fast, before you know it, six months are gone and you wonder why you didn’t do anything with that time.

8Hello
Some interesting new research by a doctor has identified several species of parasites and a specific type of goopy plaque that if left in your bowels makes you fat, bloated, developing a pouch and spare-tire belly.
This is the cause of people’s obesity — fortunately, this research also reveals how to stop it. It further explains that the same cause of why people get fat is also the same reason why people eventually get sick and die prematurely — often cutting off years from their lives (not to mention the quality of their lives).
People who flush these parasites out, often report rapid weight losses up to 100 lbs or more — and without changing a single thing about their diets. Not that you need to lose anywhere near that amount… but it does prove how well it works.
