I want to lose a couple pounds before school starts and i dont want to go as far a personal trainer or getting a membership at a gym. I just want to do it by myself.

1Running, swimming, biking. Basically anything that makes you sweat and gets your heart rate up. Loosing weight’s not that hard, you just have to be persistent.

2Eat of bowl of Special K for breakfast. I ceasar salad for lunch and for dinner cut carbs. Do some light exercise.
DONT SNACK!!!
If you want to lose weight exercise is not the best for just a small amount because you will put on muscle and gain weight.
