for the most part im happy with my body and everything but i have little more weight in my thighs and ****…ok alot more ….i play soccer so i dont know whats muscle and whats not but my **** is bigger and i dont want it to be im willing to do alot of exercises and everything and eat right but i want to know what im suppose to eat and what im not…what are the right exercises and i want to lose it fast i need help please
